The sampling process is the cornerstone of our retainer service. With precision and expertise, we tailor sizing charts to ensure your garments fit flawlessly on your customers, reducing headaches, stress, and customer returns. From initial measurements to fine-tuning, we take care of every detail, saving you time and ensuring customer satisfaction. Working alongside your supplier or ours we work to bring the tech pack and specificaiton sheet to fruition with a focus on workmanship, garment fitting and body size chats.

Upon your approval of the samples, we kick off full-scale production, maintaining open communication to keep you in the loop. Our commitment is to adhere to agreed-upon timelines and maintain stringent quality control measures during every stage of production.

Over the years we have estbalished partnerships with reliable shipping carriers or logistics companies to handle product transportation for our customers. At no additional cost we provide you with some of the most recommended freight forwarders who will help negotiate favorable rates and service agreements to optimize your shipping costs and delivery times. If you are not familiar with the logistical process, they also lend a helping hand to our start-ups by explaining the process.

As you come close to preparing for your launch Spec to Sample will check in to ensure we have answered all your questions and to see if we can offer any other guidance from our client resources folder. This includes templates, contacts, and guides for you to prepare your photoshoot, marketing, and product launch strategy. While we are not experts and will never claim to be in the Marketing, Social Media, or Website space we will always offer support to clients if we can provide guidance or point them in the right direction.
